The menu of the festival is very interesting, which includes the unmissable dishes, characteristic of the autumn season, of which we remember, among others, polenta with porcini mushrooms, pasta with an autumn flavour, fried and roasted porcini mushrooms and loin with porcini mushrooms and sausage. Finally, there will be roast chestnuts and mulled wine.
