Eurochocolate is the highly anticipated event that fills the historic center of Perugia with sweetness every year. Home of the very famous Perugina and her romantic Kiss, Perugia hosts the Eurochocolate festival every year, an event in which many chocolate producers from all over Europe participate. Numerous stands on the main street of Perugia, Corso Vannucci, offer the latest innovations and classics from each company to be tasted while walking or as gifts. The event is usually accompanied by some events, conferences, exhibitions in the Paolina fortress, presentations of the various cocoa producing countries.
Not to be missed are the dark chocolate sculptures made from 1 cubic meter chocolate cubes and the chocolate gadgets that determine the event’s slogan every year.
